Brazilian Churrascaria (barbecue) in Culver City 8/13/2008 The manager said they opened around the summer of 2007 so this place is relatively new.

It is structured as a buffet where you can make selections from the salad section, hot food section, and finally the grilled meats.  The cashier weighs the amount of food that you selected and bills you accordingly.

The best part for me was that they had the guarana based drink that I've always wanted to try.  It tasted very similar to a caffeinated, slightly sweeter version of 7UP.

I had the picanha and lamb.  Both were a little dry so next time I will request rarer cuts of meat.  The flavor overall was good. Recommended Dishes picanha, guarana drink, salad bar

8/13/2008 This was a great find for me. This is in a shopping plaza so parking is easy. It's buffet style with salads, hot dishes, and meat for $8.25 a pound. It's cheaper if you only get salads and hot dishes, and more expensive if you only get meat. I had some of the potato salads and mashed potato, and those were pretty decent. The garlic pasta was better than expected. For meat, I tried the garlic beef, sirloin cap, and spicy chicken. The garlic beef was a bit dry. I liked the sirloin cap. The spicy chicken has very good flavor and was excellent. Somehow I forgot to try their lamb... Oh, I loved their grilled plantains! I ended up with a little over a pound of food for less than $10 total. Great deal. The food was overall very enjoyable, and I could barely finish everything.
There's nothing not to like about this place. It's a nice and clean restaurant. The restroom was also very clean. I want to come back and try some of their other meats, and this green Brazilian soda that I saw some people having... Recommended Dishes Grilled plantains, spicy chicken
